All filleting and packing are conducted in a sanitized environment under strict regulations enforced by the NSW FOOD AUTHORITY. All workers adhere to our own high standards of hygiene and care with protective clothing and equipment provided. Constant supervision by managers ensure that a high standard of care is maintained.

Our logistic and delivery chain is developed to reach anywhere anytime between 3.30am and 5.00pm. We have friendly, loyal and experienced drivers who begin their shift at 3.00am 6 days a week to ensure the products are delivered to you fresh daily.

We have the shortest time between processing and delivery of product in order to provide you with products of optimal freshness and shelf life.
