PLACING YOUR ORDER & ORDER PROCESSING
When you place your order, we will issue you with an order number and/or invoice via email. By placing an order, you agree to accept these Terms and Conditions. If we cannot process or accept your order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone. Fresh Poultry Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at its sole discretion. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day. Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. For all payments we will email a tax invoice to you with your order confirmation. Your tax invoice is your proof of purchase.
If any goods are received with damages due to transit or are faulty, you must contact us via telephone or email within 1hrs of receiving the goods. We will refund the full purchase amount, subject to meeting the refund criteria.
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
In the event you choose to cancel an order for any reason, this must be done so within 2hrs of the order being placed. A full refund will be given to you, less a $15 administration charge. After 2hrs, orders cannot be cancelled as they would be prepared for delivery.
All orders on this website are processed within 12 hours. If there are any delays, you will be contacted by our customer service team. Orders will generally be delivered to you by Fresh Poultry Pty Ltd. We recommend that your nominated delivery address is one where someone is present to accept your delivery between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00 pm. If no-one is present to accept delivery, The goods will be taken back to our nearest retail outlet awaiting your pick-up. Items which are not collected will not be refunded.
